A. I’m sorry to disappoint, but it stands for Dylan Bel, not douchebag.
Q. I hear you live in Sasquatch country, is that true?
A. Yes, I live at the foot of the Cascade Mountains in Washington State, USA.
Q. What do all those letters at the end of your name mean?
A. Perhaps the following:
Bachelor of Arts (Freelance Dilettante)
Master of Arts in Teaching (Filling brains with knowledge since the ’90s)
Ornery Girl (Triple Leo)
Outrageous Personality Possessor (Too much is not enough.)
Or perhaps whatever.
Q. What are your real qualifications?
A. I’ve been writing stories since I was four years old, and poetry since I was ten. I have been published as a poet, a journalist, a theatre critic, and the ghost writer for several study guides for novels with BookRags. I like to make art, and I do it for fun, not profit, although I’ve sold a couple things. I’ve taught all kinds of things, including writing, art, theatre, comparative religion, Kindergarten math and a 5-part online series on Women of STEAM. I’m currently a substitute teacher, which is great for my ADHD. I’ve been a Renegade since March, 2023.
Q. What is your favorite Ren song?
A. I can’t pick favorite anythings. It’s both a gift and a curse.

D.B. is a Renegade through and through. She loves her cats, her family, and her friends. And Toblerones. She tries hard not to kill her plants. She loves to travel and meet people along the path. Her brain works in mysterious ways. She revels in her own weirdness, which is her magic.
